Candles, tick charts and depth render smoothly on devices several generations old, and the engine’s structure keeps new chart types cheap to add — substantially cutting iteration time on charting work.
• Own the flagship real-time trading interface end to end — orderbook, candles, tick charts, positions and user data synced at 100–250 ms intervals under sustained load. Crash-free sessions on these core screens sit at 99.8%, and trading-view performance is the comparison users most often make in our favour against competitors.
• Drive the ongoing migration of a legacy UIKit codebase to SwiftUI and Combine. More than 50% of the application is now modular, declarative components; App Store rating has climbed to 4.7/5 over the same period, with materially faster feature delivery.
• Lead end-to-end feature development on every major release (trading functionality, depth of market, indicators), plus continuous smaller high-impact work — onboarding revamp, in-app Notes, advanced Settings, custom views. Collaborate with backend and API teams on endpoint design and UX; major feature launches have consistently driven ~40% uplift in subscription and active user conversions.
• Hold roughly 50% code ownership across the project — reviewing PRs, mentoring developers, and leading technical discussions on architecture and performance.
